Workshop level: Intermediate: Able to design and create simple projects with minimal guidance; trained on all studio equipment.

In this class, you will make a dragonfly panel 9 1/2“ x 6 1/2“. You can look at the picture attached to determine the amount of glass needed depending on the colors you would like to use. The outside border is approximately 1 inch wide to give you a reference. The pattern will be provided.

General supplies to bring to class:

• Glass cutting tools: Toyo Cutter, Running Pliers, breaking pliers, work board with tacks, layout strips.
• 60/40 solder, gel flu x and brush, black patina, 7/32 black backed copper foil and fid, utility knife, Pledge
• Writing Tools: Black Sharpies (fine and regular), Pen & Pencil
• Other helpful items: A carrying box for projects, needle nose pliers, 16-gauge pre-tinned copper wire (if you have it)
