Workshop Level: Intermediate: Able to design and create simple projects with minimal guidance; trained on all studio equipment. Fusers are learning about special firing programs.

$10 due to instructor for club supplies (glass)

$3 due to instructor for mosaic mesh, patterns, supplies

We will create a glass design on mosaic mesh to be used later in a project of the student's choice (flowerpots, roof tiles, etc.) No grout will be used. Complete in one day.

General supplies to bring to class:

• Glass cutting tools: Toyo Cutter, Running Pliers, Grozers, Nippers, Cutting Surface (Quilt-type mats work best)
• Glues: Weldbond only--no Elmer's
• Writing Tools: Black Sharpie (regular), Pen & Pencil
• Other helpful items: Tweezers, Toothpicks, A carrying box for project
• Safety Items: Safety glasses, Closed-toe shoes, Band-aids
• Piece of cardboard, approx. 8-1/2" x 11" to support design
