Workshop level - Intermediate: must know how to complete a project. Don’t be afraid of this class! As long as you know how to do the stained glass process you can make a lamp. We will make six identical panels and then add overlays of a deer, bear and moose.
In this class you will make a 6 sided lamp shade with copper foil overlays. Each panel is 9 3/4” tall and 7 1/2 “ across at the bottom. You will need at least 2 sheets of glass for the sky, 1 sheet for the mountains, 1 sheet for the upper ground, 1 sheet for the base ground, and a 2” x 12” strip for the sun. I will provide 2 12” sheets of copper foil and a 6 sided vase cap.
Please pay the instructor $20 on the first day of class for these supplies. Patterns will also be provided by the instructor.
We will start out with two days of class and then meet later to continue putting the lamp together.
