CL INTERMEDIATE CLASS

Let’s get together to make a mini wind chime and learn how to hang it on cholla or driftwood. 

PLEASE BRING ON DAY ONE:

* a design idea

* one 5”x4” clear base and 5 clear 1/2”x3” chimes for your artwork (these are maximum sizes)

* colored glass scraps, dots, stringers and embellishments for your design (all glass: fusible COE 96)

* all of your glass cutting tools and cutting grid

* hairspray and Elmers glue

* a 6”x6” tile and Papyros for firing your pieces, you pay firing fee separately 

BRING ON DAY TWO:

* beads, if you have them

* needle nose pliers

Please cut your pieces of clear as noted above prior to class.

If you have specific bead and glass colors in mind for your design, please bring them as we don’t have a large selection.  Otherwise, we will supply hooks and leather strips for hanging your project, nichrome loops, barrel spinners, crimps and hanging wire for your chimes, and the cholla and driftwood for hanging your artwork. Some scrap glass and embellishments including dots and beads provided.

There will be a $10 fee payable to the instructors on the first day of class.

             This is an intermediate class.

Remember closed toe shoes and safety glasses are required. Please wear your name badge.
